When I was a kid, I used to recreate and modify the UI elements in my operating system when I was bored. My only outlet was MS Paint, but there was a spark of curiosity about UI design that led me to start creating.
Later, I moved on to creating my own user interfaces in PowerPoint, where I'd add interactivity. I didn't know it at the time, but I was actually creating my first prototypes.

I'm currently working as the principal UI/UX designer for a design firm, where I specialize in advocating for users to bring the balance between beautiful UI and good UX. I love to educate team members, clients, and stakeholders about how designing products with accessibility in mind creates a better experience for everyone.
